Did you know that acrylic plastic is often called plexiglass?

Acrylic

Acrylic offers:

  • Optical Clarity: Excellent light transmission. Will not yellow after prolonged sun exposure.
  • Weather Resistance: Despite heat, cold, sunlight, and humidity acrylic maintains its original appearance and color.
  • Safety: Shatter-resistant, increase earthquake safety, and burglar-resistant. Increase safety with windows glazed of acrylic.
  • Light Weight: Even with its strength and durability, it is only half the weight of glass.
  • UV Light Resistance: Clear acrylic sheets resist ultraviolet light degradation. Each sheet has a ten-year-limited warranty against yellowing and loss of light transmission.
  • Chemical Resistance: Acrylic sheets resist many chemicals, including ammonia, dilute acids, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Matte Acrylic P95

P95 is a sheet that has a matte finish which reduces reflected light making it the perfect choice for hot-stamping, silk-screening, and vinyl sign-making. This sheet has excellent ink and paint retention.

P95 is often selected by architects for use as privacy screens and office partitions.

  • Thicknesses: 1/8" (3 mm) • 3/16" (4.5 mm) • 1/4" (6 mm) • 3/8" (9 mm) • 1/2" (12 mm)
  • Matte One-Side Colors: clear, white, black, green edge

Bullet Resistant

Need Protection? Use Acrylite GAR 1.25"
Acrylite GAR 1.25" acrylic sheet provides a bullet resistant barrier with an unobstructed view. UL Listed (UL 752) as a Bullet Resistant Glazing Material, Level 1.

Clear Extruded Acrylic

Extruded acrylic sheet have high optical characteristics and low stress levels.

  • Thicknesses: 1/16" (1.5 mm), 3/32" (2.5 mm), 1/8" (3 mm), 3/16" (4.5 mm), 1/4" (6 mm)

Abrasion Resistant Acrylic AR

Abrasion- and chemical-resistant coating is available on one or both sides of this sheet. Use it for demanding applications where frequent handling, heavy traffic, and regular cleaning are commonplace. The added protection of an abrasion-resistant coating helps to extend its service life.

  • AR Sheet is Ideal For: glazing, store fixtures, signs, museum display, machine guards, menu boards
  • Clear AR1 (Abrasion-Resist One Side): 1/8" (3 mm), 1/4" (6 mm)
  • Clear AR2 (Abrasion-Resist Two Sides): 1/8" (3 mm), 1/4" (6 mm)

Acrylite FFX

Acrylite FFX sheets are used to provide a visual privacy screen while allowing light to enter.

  • Thicknesses: 1/8" (3 mm), 3/16" (4.5 mm), 7/32" (5 mm) textured sheets

Acrylite FF P-99

Non-glare FF P-99 is the glazing on the left side of the picture
Acrylite FF P-99 is a non-glare sheet with a matte-finish which is designed for picture framing.
  • Clear Thicknesses: .080 (2 mm), 1/8" (3 mm)

Acrylite FF OP-3

Acrylite FF OP-3 is a museum quality, conservation grade, clear acrylic sheet. Its UV blocking transmission makes it perfect for protecting fine art, especially water colors. It is light weight and earthquake safe.

  • Thickness: 1/8" (3 mm) clear and clear AR1 sheets

Acrylite FFV

Acrylite FFV is a clear acrylic with a medium grain texture that is used primarily to make break-resistant outdoor patio tabletops.

  • Thicknesses: 1/8" (3 mm), 7/32" (5 mm) textured sheets

Green Edge

Green Edge FF
Green Edge looks like glass, but performs like acrylic. It's stronger than glass and break-resistant too. Great for displays.
  • Thicknesses: 1/8" (3 mm), 1/4" (6 mm)

Cast Acrylic

Cast Acrylic material is superior when precision machining parts either by lathe or milling machines.

Rods (clear cast acrylic round rods)

  • Sizes: 1", 1-1/4", 1-3/8", 1-1/2", 1-3/4", 2", 2-1/2", 3"

Spheres (decorative accents)

  • Nine Sizes Available: 1/4" up to 3" in diameter

Cubes (spacers, knobs, risers, or feet)

  • Sizes: of 1/4" up to 4"

Shapes (polished to perfection )

  • Discs: diameters from 5/8" to 1-1/4"
