Return Policy

If We Made a Mistake. Please contact us right away. We want to make it right!

If you have a return or exchange for any other reason, items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt, in unopened containers or packages in saleable condition. We are NOT able to refund or exchange product that is cut-to-size (i.e. fiberglass, roll stock, rods, tubes, etc.) You are responsible for shipping charges.

Before returning/ exchanging, please contact us to tell us what item(s) you are returning/ exchanging. If it is an exchange, let us know what product you would like instead. And we would love to know why, so that we may better serve you in the future.

We will also give you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and other shipping information (including proper return shipping address). Please mark your RA Number clearly on the outside of the package. Upon receipt of the package, we will either exchange the merchandise or credit your account for the amount of item returned.
