Bubble Walls

Bubble Walls
With the help of TAP Seattle store, the Rainforest Cafe at Southcenter Mall in Tukwilla, WA designed and created an aquarium called "Bubble Walls". Yuri, the maintenance guy, originally ordered one wall. He said it worked so well that he came back for ten more. The units range from 28" to 42" in width. They were all 28" tall and were fabricated using 3/6" acrylic for the front and back. The dividers for the chambers were made using 1/2" x 27" pieces of 3/8" acrylic. At the bottom of the chambers, 1/16" holes were drilled in the center 6" nominal dimension. The left wall had an opening so that Yuri could permanently affix a tube that supplies air pressure to create the bubbles in the tank.
