TAP Plastics' Clear Extruded Acrylic Square Tubing is a practical solution for projects that require clarity, strength, and geometric precision. Designed for both hobbyist and professional use, this transparent plastic tubing is ideal for display cases, crafts, retail fixtures, lighting projects, and structural applications where visibility of contents or internal components is important.

Each tube is made from extruded acrylic—a lightweight, impact-resistant plastic known for its excellent light transmission and affordability. While extruded acrylic doesn't machine or polish as cleanly as cast acrylic due to its lower heat-distortion point, it cuts easily using standard tools like hand saws, band saws, or table saws.

This square tubing features 1/16" wall thickness and is available in three outer diameters: 1/2", 3/4", and 1". Standard length is 6 feet and TAP offers custom-cut options online for your convenience.

  • Cut at 3-Foot Lengths (No Oversize Fee)
    We'll cut your item in half at no additional cost to help you avoid the oversize shipping charge. Perfect for smaller projects or convenient handling.

  • Custom Length (Specify in Checkout Comments)
    Need specific sizes? Select “Other (specified in comments).”
    Custom cutting is available—some requests may incur a labor fee. We’ll contact you with details before processing.
