GEHR Acetal Rod | Engineering Plastic

Polyoxymethylene Copolymer (POM-C)

The continuous operating temperature of polyoxymethylene ranges between -40 °F and +212 °F, making it the perfect engineering plastic. The high surface strength is only surpassed by a few materials. Acetal exhibits good sliding properties and high resistance to wear and tear comparable to Delrin because of its high strength and smooth surface. There is a very low risk of stress cracks. Acetal (Copolymer) exhibits high thermal stability and high resistance to chemicals.
