Cut to size orders are cut with table and CNC panel saws and have a cut tolerance of +/- 1/32". Plastic sheets have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10% and can have thickness variations throughout the sheet. Cut to size items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Sheet sizes, colors, thicknesses and products available on our website are available at TAP Plastics stores.

King ColorCore® is the ultimate multi-color engravable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet, designed with both versatility and durability in mind. Manufactured to the highest standards in the industry, King ColorCore is a superior homogeneous sheet produced using a unique continuous process called Polyfusion. With multiple layers of contrasting colors, it offers a matte finish on both sides and is built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, outperforming lamacoid and phenolic engraving material. HDPE will not rust, delaminate or rot even when exposed to UV, humidity or water.

King ColorCore® HDPE sheets are made with a high-impact-resistant polymer to withstand more abuse than typical sign materials. This makes it the ideal choice for signage, engraving labels, marine, playground, and recreational applications. The engravable cap is approximately .050” thick, making it easy to engrave and machine using common woodworking tools and techniques. The standard colors are made to coordinate with King ColorBoard® for a cohesive look.

ColorCore engravable HDPE never needs refinishing or painting and is the best choice for projects that require an aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally durable material.
