Lightweight Waterproofing Fiberglass Fabric
7533 Style C Cloth is a lightweight fiberglass cloth, and like Deck Cloth, it is well concealed when coated with TAP resins. This cloth is often used for decks, cabins, and other areas where a strong waterproof coating is desired. Excellent for low-powered boats or small sailing craft. “C” Cloth weighs approximately 6 ounces per square yard.
E-Glass Cloth has been available since the 1940's and is still the most widely used and the most economical composite reinforcement. It is made from strands of continuous glass filaments plied and twisted into yarn. It is chrome finished (Volan A) and is suitable for use with all polyester, vinyl-ester, and epoxy resins.
