To help you avoid costly carrier surcharges, choose the option that works best for your needs:

  • Standard 6-Foot Length (Oversize)
    Carrier-mandated oversize fee applies due to package dimensions exceeding 48”. This charge is added by UPS/FedEx—not TAP Plastics—and covers manual handling of long items. Only one oversize fee is applied per order.

  • Cut at 3-Foot Lengths (No Oversize Fee)
    We'll cut your item in half at no additional cost to help you avoid the oversize shipping charge. Perfect for smaller projects or convenient handling.

  • Custom Length (Specify in Checkout Comments)
    Need specific sizes? Select “Other (specified in comments).”
    Custom cutting is available—some requests may incur a labor fee. We’ll contact you with details before processing.
