The service Clerk "TODD" was very, very engaging and helpful but, was unsure if they could make the spec as presented. The new guy "JOSH" doing fabrications reviewed and optimistically said: "let me see what I can do". The first attempt failed but, our hero tried again and emerged a few minutes later with exactly what I had in mind. Well done indeed gentlemen!
