"This place is the shining example of great customer service and old school craftsmanship!!! We had a very special sized signed bottle of champagne that needed a nice case. I called in the morning and the gentleman on the phone assured me that they can do a custom case for my needs. When I brought my item in later in the day, David came out and helped me with my item. He took the proper measurements and made recommendations on what materials to use to make it look great. They were very helpful and nice and the job was finished even earlier then they had promised…we are lucky to have this location in Fremont and the folks in the shop are wonderful to deal with! Bring all your custom needs, they will take great care of you!"
