"I was already having a bad day and then to top it off the measurements for the piece of plastic that I ordered were wrong. I figured I was screwed but I called them anyways. To my surprise, they asked me for the correct measurements and cut me a new piece for free. They made a really bad day a little bit better and I appreciate that!!"
