Cast Figurines
To make the outer mother-mold, Leo Fiori (the founder of Wesco) uses polyester resin and fiberglass mat. He uses silicone rubber for the inner flexible mold and then dusts it with bronze powder before filling it with a thin layer of fast-curing polyurethane casting resin. Finally it is backfilled with X-30 Foam, to make a lightweight casting.
